Shipping Policy

The products you order (when they are in stock) will be shipped in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise as stated in the availability. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays. All merchandise is shipped via USPS priority mail. Sales tax is automatically applied to purchases made within the State of California. Appropriate tax charges will appear during your checkout.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund.

Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and NOT USED.

Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# or without their original box/package will be refused. Please contact us at or to receive Return Authorization and Return Instruction prior to making your item to received a refund.

Custom order/special order merchandise are final sale.

At your request, we will: Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or Credit the purchase price to your account on for online store credit.

Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We want to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
